Bought this rod quite a while for light casting & popping. Cheap cheap good good. Didn't want to spend too much as casting/popping is more of a side dish, with main dish being Jigging. Will mainly use this for light saltwater game at places like Pulau Sembilan, Pekan, etc etc. Will be pairing it with Daiwa Caldia Kix 4000. Should be a lot of fun with baby GTs and queenfishes. And more with tenggiris. :-p
